L'assemblea dei lavoratori della Oréal Saipo Industriale recepisce l'informazione sulla piattaforma del nuovo modello contrattuale varata da CGIL, CISL e UIL e, al rafforzamento della stessa, chiede che nella trattativa che seguirà per arrivare ad un accordo si tenga conto dei seguenti punti :



  1. Il contratto nazionale, deve mantenere il suo carattere solidale e di garanzia per tutti i lavoratori, per tanto non va’ depotenziato e non può limitarsi al solo recupero dell’inflazione but must aim at a real wage increase, including through the redistribution of productivity in the sector, and rights. We also believe that in order not to provide an emptying of the national contract, compared with measures of tax relief on gains arising from negotiations on second level, there should be a relief on the wage increases under the national contract.

  2. The elongation of the contract from one course to be eligible only if they provide reliable measurements in parallel with recovery of actual year on year inflation, modifying the basket of measures of inflation and taking into account other indicators (loans, oil etc. ..)

  3. The second level of bargaining should be extended and made payable to all firms (large, medium and small) through the territorial bargaining and site. The bargaining, in addition to being accretive from wages shall not be entitled to grant exemptions in pejus on the law and rights.

  4. ask that, between the presentation of the platform and the end device is to provide for workers with more moments of discussion and information on the state of the art of negotiation.

We also believe that the decision recently issued by the government which provides for the taxation of overtime and increases individual, was negative on several aspects; worsens the conditions of workers increasingly linked to the willingness of employers by the principle "if you want more money working longer hours and stay open," from the standpoint of safety because it is known that with the passing of the hours in the factory increases the risk of injuries, and that union representation would not be able to have more control on the timing, organization of work and employment. It also encourages individual bargaining, a condition of every contract and deconstruct the role of the union.
