Svuota le norme su salute e sicurezza. Allenta la lotta al lavoro nero e sommerso, deregolando al ruolo del contratto nazionale, a partire dagli orari, e provocando un forte aumento del lavoro precario. Contribuisce ad aggravare la già pesante divaricazione tra Mezzogiorno e il resto del Paese, penalizzandolo con tagli a infrastrutture e investimenti.
A questo insieme di provvedimenti deve essere aggiunto e collegato, come parte di un unico progetto, i collegati della Legge Finanziaria in cui sono già previste le nuove norme sui lavori usuranti e sul processo del lavoro e i provvedimenti previsti nel “Libro Verde” la cui fase di consultazione si conclude entro ottobre.
Un documento che partendo dalle difficoltà del bilancio pubblico prospetta un ritrarsi dalla tutela pubblica universale, a vantaggio di soluzioni diversificate nel territorio gestite attraverso la bilateralità e prosegue nell’opera di de regolazione delle regole del lavoro.
Le misure previste devono essere modificate con la prossima Legge Finanziaria.
