Problems and Resolution:
-Pain kidney = position too long or too long a bike. Stem shorter or changing the frame.

-Pain upper back position = bike or too short. Stem longer or change the frame

-Pain in the neck = handlebars too low. Install a stem with a positive slope (you can turn to this)

-Pain in the legs when cycling = seat too low. Measure and adjust.

-Pain behind the knees or hips = seat too high. Measure and adjust.

-Pain perianal area (horse) = saddle tilted forward or backward. Check and change the angle.

-Pain on the sides of the knee = clipless pedal cleats badly positioned. Check and change.

-jerky noise = not tightened seatpost, bottom bracket is not lubricated. Check, lubricate, tighten.
